Our Group Training Classes provide a supportive and motivational environment to help you reach your fitness goals!
All classes are a maximum of 4 participants to allow for personal attention to each client.
SCULPT
In this Group Training Session, Whether you're experienced in strength-training or just starting out, Sculpt designed to meet you where you're at and progressively get you stronger and more confident in the gym. Each client will receive personal attention and coaching that will ensure a mystery of movements and patterns using free weights, machines, and body weight. Each session also includes mobility and conditioning work. Strength is suited for all goals: whether you want to get stronger, learner, or just discover how your body moves.

BURN
In this Group Training Session, You will get your heart pumping with a full-body workout designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and avoid injury by placing minimal stress on your joints.
Whether you are just getting back into an exercise routine and want to get back on track or you want to add some cardio to your existing weight training routine to improve your endurance and flexibility, this class is for you.

RECOVERY
In this Group Training Session, We will guide the group through a series of static (holding position) and dynamic (active movement) stretches. In addition, stretching tools such as straps and foam rollers will be used.

Don't worry about your level of flexibility. Each stretch will be customized to your goals and abilities. Stretch, relax, and have fun while promoting your long-term strength and health with a personalized stretching routine.
